If your bag does not need to be emptied when we are scheduled to come to your house, simply send us a text, or call us.  Let us know you don’t need the bag to be emptied.  We will cancel the scheduled pickup and give you details of when we will next come to your house.  If you don’t advise us in time, we may charge a $10 service fee.

There is no charge if you inform us of a pickup cancellation.

Some runs are GREEN WASTE ONLY as we are striving to do the best for our environment, recycling as much material as possible.  All areas in Mandurah are fully green waste only.

In some runs, however, light general household waste will also be accepted.  Please call to see which service we offer in your area.

Things that CANNOT go into the garden bags are:

• Dirt
• Sand
• Rocks
• Bricks
• Ceramics
• Concrete
• Liquid waste (ie no paint or oils)
• Food
• Animal excrement or nappies
• Poisons

Please do not over fill the garden bag.  We need to be able to fold over the top of the garden bag and pin it together in order to remove it and take it out to the truck without spilling the contents.

Anything sticking out the top of the bag can be a hazard.

Please keep the weight to a reasonable limit.  If you can’t move or lift the bag, we can’t either!

The bag is to be no heavier than 80-100kg.  For example – a full bag of lawn clippings can weight up to 130kg (dry) or 180kg (wet).  If your garden bag is too heavy to take, we will leave another bag set up with a frame and the contents are to be divided accordingly, they will be collected at next pickup date and you will be charged for each bag.

Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash on the day, depending arrangement.  Our bank details are on the invoice we give you at each garden bag pickup.  Please ensure you put your account name as reference so that payments can be credited to the correct account.

If you have made a payment without reference I do not know who the payment is from and it will remain unallocated to anyone until claimed.
